Ο ΠΡΟΕΔΡΟΣ ΤΗΣ ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΗΣ ΔΗΜΟΚΡΑΤΙΑΣ

Εκδίδομε τον ακόλουθο νόμο που ψήφισε η Βουλή: Άρθρο πρώτο

Κυρώνεται και έχει την ισχύ, που ορίζει το άρθρο 28 παρ. 1 του Συντάγματος, η Συμφωνία μεταξύ της Κυβέρνησης της Ελληνικής Δημοκρατίας και της Κυβέρνησης της Δημοκρατίας της Ουγγαρίας για την επανεισδοχή ατόμων που διαμένουν παράνομα στο έδαφος των Κρατών τους μετά του συνημμένου Πρωτοκόλλου εφαρμογής αυτής, που υπογράφηκαν στην Αθήνα στις 29 Ιανουαρίου 2003, των οποίων το κείμενο σε πρωτότυπο στην ελληνική και αγγλική γλώσσα έχει ως εξής:

ΔΗΜΟΚΡΑΤΙΑΣ ΚΑΙ ΤΗΣ ΚΥΒΕΡΝΗΣΗΣ ΤΗΣ ΔΗΜΟΚΡΑΤΙΑΣ ΤΗΣ ΟΥΓΓΑΡΙΑΣ ΓΙΑ ΤΗΝ ΕΠΑΝΕΙΣΔΟΧΗ ΑΤΟΜΩΝ ΠΟΥ ΔΙΑΜΕΝΟΥΝ ΠΑΡΑΝΟΜΑ ΣΤΟ ΕΔΑΦΟΣ ΤΩΝ ΚΡΑΤΩΝ ΤΟΥΣ

Η Κυβέρνηση της Ελληνικής Δημοκρατίας και η Κυβέρνηση της Δημοκρατίας, της Ουγγαρίας (εφεξής θα αναφέρονται σαν «Μέρη»)

επιθυμώντας να αναπτύξουν τη συνεργασία μεταξύ των δύο Μερών,

για να εξασφαλισθεί η κατάλληλη εφαρμογή των κανονισμών που διέπουν την μετακίνηση των ατόμων,

σεβόμενες τα δικαιώματα και τις εγγυήσεις που προβλέπουν οι εθνικές τους νομοθεσίες

σεβόμενες τις διεθνείς συνθήκες και συμβάσεις και προσδίδοντας ιδιαίτερη σημασία στην Σύμβαση για την Προστασία των Ανθρωπίνων Δικαιωμάτων και Θεμελιωδών Ελευθεριών που υπογράφηκε στην Ρώμη, στις 4 Νοεμβρίου 1950

λαμβάνοντας υπόψη το αμοιβαίο συμφέρον τους στον τομέα της καταπολέμησης της παράνομης μετανάστευσης

ενεργώντας με πνεύμα αμοιβαιότητας, συμφώνησαν στα ακόλουθα:

Άρθρο 10

ΤΕΛΙΚΕΣ ΔΙΑΤΑΞΕΙΣ

(1) Το παρόν Πρωτόκολλο θα τεθεί σε ισχύ ταυτοχρόνως με την έναρξη ισχύος της Συμφωνίας.

(2) Το παρόν Πρωτόκολλο δεν θα εφαρμόζεται κατά την περίοδο αναστολής της Συμφωνίας.

(3) Το παρόν Πρωτόκολλο θα λήξει ταυτοχρόνως με τη λήξη της Συμφωνίας.

Συντάχθηκε στο...............................την...................ημέρα του.....................σε δύο πρωτότυπα, στην Ελληνική,

Ουγγρική και Αγγλική γλώσσα, όλα τα κείμενα εξίσου αυθεντικά. Σε περίπτωση διάστασης στην ερμηνεία του Πρωτοκόλλου, το Αγγλικό κείμενο θα επικρατεί.

AGREEMENT

BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE HELLENIC REPUBLIC AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF HUNGARY ON THE RE ADMISSION OF PERSONS RESIDING ILLEGALLY ON THE TERRITORY OF THEIR STATES

The Government of the Hellenic Republic and the Government of the Republic of Hungary (hereinafter referred to as "Parties")

wishing to develop the co-operation between the two Parties,

in order to ensure the appropriate implementation of the regulations concerning the movement of people,

respecting the rights and guarantees provided for in their domestic legislation,

respecting the international treaties and conventions and paying special regard to the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms signed in Rome, on November 4, 1950,

taking into account their mutual interest in the field of combating illegal migration,

acting in the spirit of reciprocity have agreed on the following:

ARTICLE 1

READMISSION OF THE PARTIES' NATIONALS

(I) Each Party, upon the request of the other Party, without any other formalities beyond those provided for in the present Agreement, shall readmit to the territory of its State persons who are staying on the territory of the requesting Party and do not or no longer meet the criteria of entry or stay provided it can be proven or may be validly presumed that the persons are nationals of the requested Party.

(2) The requested Party, upon the request of the requesting Party, shall issue the travel documents needed for the readmission of the person coneerned, without any delay.

f3) The requesting Party shall readmit the person in question under the same conditions, which were applied when the person had left the territory of the State of the requesting Party, provided that subsequent controls establish that he/she did not have the citizenship of the requested Party.

ARTICLE 2

READMISSION OF THIRD COUNTRY NATIONALS

(1) Upon the request of the requesting Party, the requested Party shall without any formalities readmit those third country nationals who according to the legislation of the requesting Party do not or no longer meet the criteria of entry or stay, provided that it may be proven or validly presumed that the persons directly entered the territory of the other Party from the territory of the requested Party.

(2) If a third country national who has entered the territory of the State of the requesting Party does not fulfill the conditions in force for entry or stay and if that person is in possession of a valid visa or a valid residence permit granted to him by the requested Party, the latter shall without any formalities readmit this person upon the request of the requesting Party.

(3) If the competent authorities of both Parties have issued a visa or a residence permit to the person mentioned in paragraph (2) the responsibility for the readmission lies with the Party whose visa or residence permit expires later.

(4) The Parties shall make every effort to send back persons referred to under paragraph (1) directly to their country of origin.

(5) The readmission obligation, as defined in paragraph (1), does not apply in the case of a person:

a) who is a third country national, and who at the time of entry held a valid visa or a valid residence permit issued by the authorities of the requesting Party or to whom the authorities of the requesting Party had issued a residence permit following entry;

b) who is a third country national, whose readmission was not requested by the'Requesting Party within 12 (twelve) months following the illegal entry//(wis a third country national who had left the territory of the State of the^ouested Party more than 1 (one) year before;

c) who is a national of a neighboring third country that has a readmission agreement with the requesting Party under which the person can be taken back;

d) who is a national of a third country on whom an expulsion measure has been imposed and executed;

e) who is a third country national ,recognized as a refugee on the basis of the Geneva Convention of July 28th, 1951, relating to the status of refugees, as amended by the New York Protocol of January 31st, 1967; or who had applied for the status of refugee and the requesting Party has not yet decided upon the application.

(6) The requesting Party upon the request of the requested Party submitted within 3o (thirty) days after the readmission, shall readmit an individual under the same conditions, provided that it can be established, following investigations conducted after readmission, that the person did not meet the readmission criteria stipulated in Article 2 of the present Agreement at the time of leaving the territory of the requesting Party.

ARTICLE 3 RESIDENCE PERMITS

Only an entry visa or permit issued by either of the Parties that authorizes the person concerned to legally enter and stay in the territory of the State of the Party issuing the document shall be considered as a "residence permit" for the purposes of Article 2 of the present Agreement. The residence permit does not include the temporary residence document issued for the period of the asylum procedure and the transit visa.

ARTICLE 4 TIME LIMITS

(1) The requested Party shall respond to every readmission request without delay, and more specifically in case of its own nationals within 3 (three) working days, in case of third country nationals within 15 (fifteen) working days upon the date of the receipt of the request.

(2) ι Following the expiration of the deadline referred to under paragraph £l^the requested Party shall readmit:

a) the persons mentioned in Article 1 of the present Agreement without delay but within 6 (six) working days at the very latest;

b) the persons mentioned in Article 2 of the present Agreement and whose re-admission was agreed, without delay, but within 15 (fifteen) working days at the very latest.

(3) Upon the request of the requesting Party the deadline stipulated under paragraph (2) may be extended until the legal obstacles related to the readmission can be removed.

ARTICLE 5

TRANSIT FOR THE PURPOSES OF READMISSION

(1) The Parties on the basis of a request, shall allow the transit of third country nationals who are expelled by the requesting Party so that a third country can readmit them and whose readmission and transit through the transit countries is ensured by air or, under police escort by air or land. In this case the issue of a visa by the requested Party is not needed.

(2) The requesting Party assumes full responsibility for transporting the expelled person to the destination country and readmits the expelled person if for any reason the expulsion procedure cannot be executed.

(3) The requesting Party, who took the expulsion measures, shall inform the requested Party about the way of expulsion and whether escort is needed. The requested Party may either escort the person expelled or provide escort in co-operation with the requesting Party.

(4) For "the transiting or the transporting of persons only the border crossing points designated by the Parties shall be used.

(5) The Parties do not request the transportation or transit and the request may be denied if:

a) the transit or transportation of the person concerned could endanger the public order, security, public health or international relations of the requested. Party, or

b) the person concerned could be exposed to torture, inhuman or degrading treatment or would be threatened by capital punishment or would hfigpbrsecuted because of his/her race, religion, nationality or political views ■tt^ne transit countries or in the country of destination, or

c) the person concerned is threatened by the initiation of criminal proceedings or the execution of a penalty, except for the case of forbidden border crossing, in the State of the requested Party or in any of the potential transit States or the country of destination, if this is known in advance or it is validly presumed.

ARTICLE 6 DATA PROTECTION

(1) The personal data handed over by the Parties, which are needed for the implementation of the present Agreement shall be handled and protected in a way that meets the requirements of the data protection legislation of the Parties.

(2) In order to ensure this:

a) the requested Party shall use the data received only for the purposes defined in the present Agreement;

b) upon the request of either Party, the Parties shall provide information concerning the use of the data ;

c) only the competent authorities, who are responsible for the implementation of the present Agreement shall use the data received. Prior consent of the forwarding Party is required for disclosing the data to any third parties.

(3) If personal data need to be transmitted to implement the present Agreement, information of this kind shall cover only the following:

a) the personal data of the person concerned and also of his/her family members, when needed (first name, last name, any previous names, pseudonyms, nicknames, date and place of birth, sex, present and previous citizenship, documents proving or establishing the presumption of citizenship);

b) Apassport, ID card or any other document, travel documents, "laissez-passgr (number, expiration date, date of issue, issuing authority, place of isseeetc.)

c) visas, residence permits issued by one of the Parties;

d) any other data necessary for the identification of the person to be transported (with a special emphasis on the last address on the territory of the Parties, language(s) spoken, etc.);

e) list of acts that violate the rules of entry to or stay on the territory of the requesting Party;

f) the proposed point and date of the readmission, stopovers, route description.

ARTICLE 7 EXPENSES

(1) The expenses for the transportation of the persons to be readmitted, in accordance with Articles ( 1) and (2) of the present Agreement, up to the border of the requested Party, as well as the expenses related to repeated readmission will be borne by the requesting Party.

(2) In accordance with Article 5 of the present Agreement, all expenses related to the transportation of third country nationals under police escort as well as the expenses related to repeated readmission will be borne by the requesting Party.

ARTICLE 8 EXECUTIVE PROVISIONS

(1) Any problems arising from the implementation of the present Agreement shall be settled by the Parties through consultations.

(2) The rules of implementation of the present Agreement are to be defined in a Protocol between the Ministry of Public Order of the Hellenic Republic and the Μ inistry ο f the I nterior ο f the Republic of Hungary, in which the following will be determined:

(a) authorities responsible for the implementation, ways of communication;

b) , documents to be used for the purpose of presuming citizenship;

cVy the detailed procedural rules of the process, samples of forms to be ΑμΙίά for listing all the data necessary for readmission and transport/transit;

d) the way of proving the illegal entry and residence;

e) the border crossing points designated for the purpose of readmission and transfer of individuals;

f) the method and rules of the reimbursement of costs incurred in relation to the implementation of the present Agreement.

ARTICLE 9

RELATION WITH OTHER INTERNATIONAL AGREEMENTS

(1) The present Agreement shall not affect the obligations of the Parties arising from bilateral and multilateral international agreements, binding upon them, with a special regard to:

a) the Geneva Convention on the Status of Refugees signed on July 28, 1 95 1 as amended by the New York Protocol of January 31,1967;

b) the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, signed in Rome on November 4, 1950;

(2) This Agreement shall not take effect in cases of extradition between the Parties and transportation of convicts.

ARTICLE ΙΟ FINAL PROVISIONS

(1) The present Agreement shall enter into force on the first day of the second month following the date of the last notification by which each Party informs the other about the completion of its relevant internal procedures.

(2) The present Agreement is concluded for an indefinite period of time and may be terminated by either Party upon a written notification to the other /Pjfrty through diplomatic channels. The termination shall take effect 90 j$sifety) days after the date of receipt of such a notification.

(3) Except for the provisions of Article 1 either Party may, for reasons of national security, public order and public health suspend totally or partially the. present Agreement upon written notification to the other Party. The Parties shall without any delay notify each other about the withdrawal of any such measure. Both suspension and its withdrawal shall become effective on the day that follows the date of the receipt of the relevant notification.

(4) As to the personal data handed over before the suspension of the present Agreement, the provisions of Article 6 on personal data protection, shall continue to apply.

PROTOCOL

FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE HELLENIC REPUBLIC AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF HUNGARY REGARDING

THE READMISSION OF PERSONS RESIDING ILLEGALLY ON THE TERRITORY OF THEIR STATES

The Ministry of the Public Order of the Hellenic Republic

and

The Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Hungary

(hereinafter referred to as the „Contracting Parties"), pursuant to Article 8 of the Agreement between the Government of the Hellenic Republic and the Government of the Republic of Hungary regarding the readmission of persons residing illegally on the territory of their States, concluded at

........................... on.................... (hereinafter referred to as the

„Agreement"),HAVE AGREED AS FOLLOWS:

Article 1

PROVING AND ASSUMING NATIONALITY

(1) Nationality of the persons to be readmitted pursuant to Article 1 of the Agreement is proved by the following valid documents:

a) Nationality of the Hellenic Republic by means of: a. 1 any type of travel document or passport,

a.2 any type of identity card,

a. 3 a certificate of nationality.

b) Nationality of the Republic of Hungary by means of:

b. 1 a valid ID card issued for a Hungarian national or

b.2 a valid passport (private, official: for diplomats, foreign affairs service,

service, and mariner's service); b.3 a certificate verifying nationality with a date of issue not earlier than one year;

(2) Nationality of the persons to be readmitted pursuant to Article 1 under the Agreement is validly assumed by means of:

a) for the Hellenic Party

a.l a document listed in paragraph (1) (a) the validity of which has expired,

a.2 military service record book or other identity document issued for members

of the armed forces, a.3 an extract from Registry Office records, a.4 a driving licence,

a.5 any other document issued by a competent authority of the Contracting Party,

a.6 a photocopy of any of the above-mentioned documents,

g.7 statement of the person to be readmitted, legally taken by a competent

r authority of the requesting Contracting Party,

a.8 statements by witnesses legally taken by a competent authority of the requesting Contracting Party,

a. 9 other means accepted by a competent authority of the requesting

Contracting Party for a concrete case.

b) for the Hungarian Party:

b. l any of the documents listed under paragraph (l)(b), when expired; b.2 a valid temporary ID card;

b.3 documents or papers evidencing that their holder belongs to the armed forces or to the law enforcement organizations of the Republic of Hungary; b.4 any document issued by authorities, which can be used to ascertain nationality;

b.5 official statements made by the person concerned or by witnesses;

(3) In case that there are no doubts regarding the nationality, the diplomatic mission or consular authority of the requested Contracting Party shall issue to the person to be readmitted a travel document.

(4) In case of doubts on validity of assumed nationality, the diplomatic mission or consular office of the requested Contracting Party shall hear the person within three (3) working days after the readmission application has been submitted. This hearing shall be arranged by the diplomatic mission or consular authority in the shortest possible time. If the hearing indicates that the person possesses the nationality of the State of the requested Contracting Party, the diplomatic mission or consular authority shall immediately issue a travel document.

Article 2

APPLICATION FOR READMISSION OF A NATIONAL OF THE CONTRACTING PARTY AND THE CONDITIONS FOR DELIVERING

THIS APPLICATION

(1) The application for readmission of the national of the Contracting Parties, pursuant to Article 1 under the Agreement, shall contain the following information, in particular:

a) identity data of the person to be readmitted,

b) evidence referred to in Article 1 of this Protocol enabling to prove or validly assume the nationality of the person to be readmitted,

c) information on the necessity to provide the person to be readmitted with special health care or to take special security measures.

(2) The application for readmission shall be written on a form which is

idei.acal with the standardised specimen attached in Annex No. 1 under of this Protocol. A'A the columns should be filled in.

2! (3) The application for readmission shall be directly sent to the apfjprities as referred to in Article 7 of this Protocol, in particular by fax or e(4) The person, being the subject of readmission, shall be transferred after the receipt of approval by the requested Contracting Party.

Article 3

APPLICATION FOR READMISSION OF A THIRD-COUNTRY NATIONAL AND THE CONDITIONS FOR DELIVERING THIS

APPLICATION

(1) The application for readmission of a third-country national, submitted pursuant to Article 2 of the Agreement, shall contain the following information, in particular:

a/ identity data on the nationality of the person to be readmitted,

b/ evidence referred to in Article 4 of this Protocol enabling to prove or validly

assume the nationality of the person to be readmitted, c/ information on the need to provide the person to be readmitted with special

health care or to take special security measures.

(2) The application for readmission shall be written on a form which is identical with the standardised specimen attached to Annex No. 2 of this Protocol. All the columns should be filled in.

(3) The application for readmission shall be directly sent to the authorities as referred to in Article 7 of this Protocol, in particular by fax or email.

(4) The person, being the subject of readmission, shall be transferred after the receipt of approval by the requested Contracting Party.

Article 4

THE EVIDENCE CONFIRMING THE ENTRY INTO OR RESIDENCE OF A THIRD-COUNTRY NATIONAL ON THE TERRITORY OF THE STATE OF THE REQUESTED CONTRACTING PARTY

(1) The entry into or residence of a third-country national on the territory of the State of the requested Contracting Party shall be proven on the basis of some of the following evidence:

a/ an entry or exit stamp or other data entered in genuine, forged or altered

travel or identity documents, b/ a residence permit which is valid or has expired for less than one (1) year,

cl a visa which is valid or has expired for less than six (6) months, d/ a travel ticket issued in the name of the person to be readmitted, which enables to confirm the entry of this person into the territory of the State of the requested Contracting Party or into the territory of the State of the requesting Contracting Party from the territory of the State of the requested Contracting Party.

(2) The entry into or residence of the third-country national in the territory of the State of the requested Contracting Party may be validly assumed on the basis of one or more of the below mentioned facts, in particular: a/ a document issued by the competent authorities of the requested Contracting

Party indicating the identity of the person to be readmitted, in particular:

driving license, seaman's book, fire-arms license, etc., hi an extract from the Registry Office records, cl a residence permit invalid for more than one (1) year, d/ a photocopy of any of the above mentioned documents, e/ a travel ticket or the receipt of a transport company, f/ hotel bills,

g/ an entry card to public or private institutions,

hi a visiting card in case of seeing a physician or practitioner,

\l not contradictory and sufficiently detailed statements of the person to be

readmitted containing objectively verifiable facts, j/ statements by witnesses confirming the entry into or residence of the person

to be readmitted in the territory of State of the requested Contracting Party

which shall be registered in the presence of competent authorities, k/ verifiable data confirming that this person has used the services of a travel

agency or those of a smuggler.

Article 5

APPLICATION FOR TRANSIT OF A THIRD-COUNTRY NATIONAL

(1) The application for transit, pursuant to Article 5 of the Agreement, shall contain the following information, in particular: a/ data on the identity and nationality of the person to be transited, hi the grounds for application,

cl a travel document whose holder is the person to be transited, dl date of travel, means of transport, time and place of arrival to the territory of State of the requested Contracting Party, time of departure from the territory of the State of the requested Contracting Party, country and place of destination,

el data concerning the members of the police escort, if necessary (identity, travel documents which they possess).

(2) The application for transit shall be written on a form which is identical with the standardised specimen attached to Annex No. 3 of this Protocol. All the columns should be filled in.

(3) The application for transit shall be delivered by fax or e-mail to the authorities of the Contracting Parties as referred to in Article 7 of this Protocol, not later than 2 (two) working days before transit.

(4) The requested Contracting Party shall respond to the application without any delay, not later than 2 (two) working days following the day of the receipt of application.

Article 6

BORDER CROSSING POINTS DESIGNATED FOR READMISSION

AND TRANSIT

(1) The readmission of nationals of the Contracting Parties and of third-country nationals and the transit entry of third-country nationals shall b e c arried ο ut through the following frontier stations of the State of the Contracting Parties:

a) For the Hellenic Republic:

- „Eleftherios Venizelos", International Airport of Athens,

- „Macedonia", International Airport of Thessaloniki,

- Land border crossing point of Promachonas.

b) For the Hungarian Republic:

- Ferihegy International Airport, Budapest

(2) The Contracting Parties shall inform one another in writing about any possible changes of the crossing points, as soon as possible.

Article 7 COMPETENT AUTHORITIES

(1) The authorities of the Contracting Parties which are authorized to submit and accept requests concerning readmission or transit and to deal with disputable issues, are the following:

(2) The Contracting Parties shall inform one another in writing about any possible changes of the competent authorities, as soon as possible.

Article 8 COSTS

(1) The requesting Party shall transfer the amount of the total costs incurred in the course of applying Article 7 of the Agreement in accordance with its internal budgetary rules within 60 (sixty) days from receiving the invoice.

(2) The Parties shall carry out transit under official escort in the most rational and cost-saving manner compatible with the required and adequate level of security.

Article 9

COMMUNICATION AND EVALUATION OF CO-OPERATION

(1) During the period of implementation of the Agreement and this Protocol, the representatives of the competent authorities of the Contracting Parties shall use the English language.

(2) The experience obtained from the implementation of the Agreement and this Protocol shall be assessed by experts of the Contracting Parties. If necessary, extraordinary meetings shall also take place.

Article 10 FINAL PROVISIONS

(1) This Protocol shall enter into force simultaneously with the entry into fQtf e of the Agreement.

(2) This Protocol shall not be implemented during the period of the φ' suspension of the Agreement.

(3) This Protocol shall be terminated simultaneously with the termination of the Agreement.

Η ισχύς του παρόντος νόμου αρχίζει από τη δημοσίευσή του στην Εφημερίδα της Κυβερνήσεως και της Συμφωνίας που κυρώνεται από την πλήρωση των προϋποθέσεων του άρθρου 10 παράγραφος 1 αυτής.

ξιακών Πράξεων & Συμβάσεων, Δελτίο Εμπορικής και Βιομηχανικής Ιδιοκτησίας και Διακηρύξεων Δημοσίων Συμβάσεων, η τιμή

προσαυξάνεται πέραν του ποσού της ετήσιας συνδρομής έτους 2005, κατά 25 euro ανά έτος παλαιότητας και ανά τεύχος, για δε το

τεύχος Α.Ε. & Ε.Π.Ε., κατά 30 euro.

* Οι συνδρομές του εσωτερικού προπληρώνονται στις ΔΟΥ (το ποσό συνδρομής καταβάλλεται στον κωδικό αριθμό εσόδων ΚΑΕ 2531 και το ποσό υπέρ ΤΑΠΕΤ (5% του ποσού της συνδρομής) στον κωδικό αριθμό εσόδων ΚΑΕ 3512).Το πρωτότυπο αποδεικτικό είσπραξης (διπλότυπο) θα πρέπει να αποστέλλεται ή να κατατίθεται στην αρμόδια Υπηρεσία του Εθνικού Τυπογραφείου.

* Η πληρωμή του υπέρ ΤΑΠΕΤ ποσοστού που αντιστοιχεί σε συνδρομές, εισπράττεται και από τις ΔΟΥ.

* Οι συνδρομητές του εξωτερικού έχουν τη δυνατότητα λήψης των δημοσιευμάτων μέσω internet, με την καταβολή των αντίστοιχων ποσών συνδρομής και ΤΑΠΕτ .

* Οι Νομαρχιακές Αυτοδιοικήσεις, οι Δήμοι, οι Κοινότητες ως και οι επιχειρήσεις αυτών πληρώνουν το μισό χρηματικό ποσό της συνδρομής και ολόκληρο το ποσό υπέρ του ΤΑΠΕΤ.

* Η συνδρομή ισχύει για ένα ημερολογιακό έτος. Δεν εγγράφονται συνδρομητές για μικρότερο χρονικό διάστημα.

* Η εγγραφή ή ανανέωση της συνδρομής πραγματοποιείται το αργότερο μέχρι την 31ην Δεκεμβρίου κάθε έτους.

* Αντίγραφα διπλοτύπων, ταχυδρομικές επιταγές και χρηματικά γραμμάτια δεν γίνονται δεκτά._

Οι υπηρεσίες εξυπηρέτησης των πολιτών λειτουργούν καθημερινά από 08.00' έως 13.00'
